Beck joined Learning Care Group in March 2011 as Chief Executive Officer. In this position, she is focused on the company’s mission of building a customer-centric culture that is based on educational excellence, quality and innovation.

Leigh-Ellen Louie

Leigh-Ellen Louie

Chief Operating Officer

Leigh-Ellen Louie joined Learning Care Group in May 2011. In this role, she oversees the operational activities for more than 1,000 schools in the company’s portfolio of brands. She is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s system-wide education and service delivery strategy.

Robert T. VanHees

Robert VanHees

Chief Financial Officer

VanHees joined Learning Care Group as Chief Financial Officer in December 2008. From 1995 to December 2008, VanHees worked for Corporate Express, Inc., a global office products and furniture business acquired by Staples in July 2008. There he served in a variety of senior level finance positions.

Stacy DeWalt

Chief Marketing Officer

DeWalt joined Learning Care Group as Chief Marketing Officer in December 2008. In this role, she is responsible for identifying and managing market insights and opportunities, as well as solidifying Learning Care Group’s competitive advantage and raising brand awareness.

Scott W. Smith

Chief Human Resources Officer

Scott W. Smith has served as Chief Human Resources Officer since 2005, having previously served as Vice President of Human Resources since 2002. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Smith was the Vice President of Human Resources for Glotel, PLC, a human capital solutions provider located in London, England, where he had responsibility for the startup of the Human Resources Department.

Ira L. Young

Ira Young

General Counsel

Ira L. Young has served as General Counsel to the Company since 2002. From 1999-2002 he served as General Counsel to Tutor Time Learning Systems, Inc. having joined that company in 1998 as Litigation Counsel. As General Counsel, Mr. Young oversees all legal affairs of the Company including governance, intellectual property, franchise compliance, franchisee relationships and employment/labor issues. He also serves as the Company’s Corporate Secretary.
