The foundation provides short-term financial assistance to current LCG employees who demonstrate financial need around severe hardships and/or emergencies, including:
Our foundation was inspired by the passion and good wishes of our employees to reach out to those in need—that are also closest to home. School employees, as well as Support Central (our national headquarters) and remote staff, contribute in many ways, such as a regular payroll deduction.

Our schools are critical to local communities and relied upon by families and their employers. Serving our community is a key component of what we do and who we are. At the local level, our school teams best understand which organizations most resonate with families and staff.
Examples of our community involvement include supporting the “Toys for Tots” program; organizing food and clothing drives; hosting dental and vision clinics; and providing children’s artwork to use in hospital locations for a personal touch.
