Adam Schober
Chief Financial Officer
Adam Schober is Chief Financial Officer at Learning Care Group, a position he has held since November 2024.
Schober leads all elements of the company’s accounting and finance functions. He supports operational growth within Learning Care Group’s existing schools, further evolves financial processes, and ensures that the company’s capital allocation strategy delivers returns that fuel future investments.
Schober has been with Learning Care Group since 2012, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Finance & Treasurer. During his time at Learning Care Group, Schober has led a variety of finance capabilities, including financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, operations finance, corporate finance, treasury, and business intelligence. He also established the company’s investor relations function, leading efforts to raise capital and secure financing in support of the company’s growth strategy. In addition, he has been responsible for capital allocation, balancing investments in greenfield opportunities, acquisitions, B2B, remodels, and technology across economic cycles.
Prior to joining Learning Care Group, Schober acted as a manager of financial analysis for The Pantry, Inc., a leading independently operated convenience store chain in the southeastern United States and one of the largest independently operated convenience store chains in the country. Schober has an MBA in Finance from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and French from Michigan State University.
