Ryan McKendry is Chief Growth Officer at Learning Care Group, a position he has held since June 2025.

As CGO, McKendry leads the company’s expansion strategy with a focus on real estate, facilities, and acquisitions. He oversees the identification and development of new locations, manages a growing portfolio of properties, and directs strategic acquisitions that accelerate growth and scale. With a proven ability to align physical infrastructure with business objectives, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term footprint and operational efficiency. McKendry brings over 10 years of experience of executing high-impact growth plans in fast-paced environments.

McKendry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Hillsdale College (Michigan) and is a certified public accountant (Michigan).
